We are so confident in the durability of these toys that if your pet finds a way to destroy one, a single free replacement will be sent out to you. Yep, it’s that tough! But the Zogoflex® material is also very pliable, so the toys won’t harm your dog’s precious teeth and gums.
As a great range for interactivity, each West Paw toy floats on water or can be flung around the yard for hours of fun. And when you can’t be there with your pet, these durable, non-toxic, toys ensure that the dog can chew and play safely. The West Paw toys are each available in Aqua Blue, Granny Smith Green and Tangerine. No matter how far you throw them, or where your dog tries to hide them, the West Paw toys are so bright they cannot be missed. If the toys find themselves in the grubbiest of places, simply stick them in the dishwasher and they will look as good as new.

How does the guarantee work?
Do you have a dog that was able to damage a Zogoflex® Toy? Well, you must have one amazingly powerful chewer - the return rate is less than 1%. You may choose to receive a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice! You may check with your local pet store that carries the West Paw Design range or mail us directly with the following:
- A quick note to let us know the breed, size and age of your dog as well as how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy.
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
- Include the damaged toy and a copy of the proof of purchase. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle the materials that the toys are made of.
- Be sure to include your own contact information so we know where to return the new toy or refund.

How many times can I return a toy for a free replacement?
Was your pooch so strong that he was actually able to damage the West Paw toy and you already received our one time free replacement, but you found a different toy made from the Zogoflex® material that you think may last longer due to its size and shape? Go ahead and give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised! Due to the different shapes and sizes of the toys. feedback has shown that while a few dogs can damage one style of toy, they cannot actually damage another style. And if your dog is capable of damaging the new style of toy, go ahead and send it in and we'll offer a one time replacement for that particular toy. So to break it down, you can get one replacement Hurley®, one replacement Huck, one replacement Zisc®, and one replacement Tux™.
